Castle’s executive producer Andrew Marlowe has revealed that he thinks Castle and Beckett will eventually begin a relationship.

However, Marlowe suggested that it will be some time before the pair start a romance.

“There will come a time in the series when [a relationship] will be worth exploring,” he told Entertainment Weekly. “But I don’t think the characters are ready to go to that level now.”
